Since 1995 J&S Group has helped people sell and buy businesses. By assisting business owners in selling their business we are paid a transaction success fee, with a normal minimum commission of $10,000.

Business Broker - assist business owners in selling their businesses. Must have good people skills, Bachelors degree in a business or technical related discipline and must understand Income Statements and Balance sheets. This position is all about keeping buyers and sellers "comfortable" while guiding them through the process of business ownership transfer. This is done by being on top of the situation, solving problems, and utilizing strong leadership skills. This is a commission only position and you can expect to make between $30,000 and $200,000 per year. Due to the length of the sales cycle you should expect a 4 to 6 month period to elapse before you get that first commission check. You will be required to obtain an Alabama Real Estate Sales License. The position is located in Dothan, Alabama.
